So today I did my first gradient manicure. To learn how, follow the steps below!! If you already know, my mani will be pictured at the bottoms of this post!
MATERIALS:
Base Coat
White Nail Polish
Three Cohesive Polishes
Top Coat
Makeup Sponge
Q-Tips
Nail Polish Remover
How To:
1. Remove all nail polish from the nail and apply a base coat. I used Revlon Colorstay Gel-Smooth Base Coat ($4.99 at Target).
2. Apply two coats of a white polish, or until full opacity. I used OPI Alpine Snow ($8.00 at Ulta).
3. Paint a heavy stripe onto the makeup sponge of each polish, making sure one overlaps the one above it. The three polishes I used were NYC In A Minute color in 221 Spring Street ($1.72 at Target), then Zoya Jancyn ($5.99 at TJ Maxx), and lastly Sally Hansen Hard as Nails XTreme Wear in 360 Mellow Yellow ($3.19 at CVS).
4. After applying, remove the remaining polish around your finger. Apply a top coat and your done! The top coat used was NYC Long Wearing Nail Enamel in 271 Extra Shiny Top Coat ($0.94 at Target).
I really love this manicure and will be sure to replicate throughout the summer!!

Matte Top Coat Finally!!!!
Alright so guys I finally bought a matte top coat from the NYC brand. It was $1.72 and it does really work!!! On this manicure, I put it on over all of my nails over NYC In A Minute Fast Dry in 201 Fashion Safari, which is a really nice nude color. Also, on top of my nails are my two crackle/shatter polishes. The black is Black Shatter from OPI, and the white is Lightning Bolt from China Glaze. I really like this and the top coat and the top coat has worked very well so far. I am very happy with it and will be re-purchasing it when I run out of it!!
I did buy some more products, so I will be making a whole new blog post with all of those products. They are both fashion and makeup products!!!

Geometric Mani!!!!!
So I am loving this manicure right now. Like a lot!!!!!!!! On my pointer, middle, pinky, and the triangles on the thumb and ring finger is Sally Hansen Hard As Nails XTreme Wear Nail Polish in 360 Mint Sorbet. The base of the ring finger and thumb are Wet and Wild Rock Solid Nail Lacquer in 226 Beautiful and Bronze. I made the triangles by using a nail art brush and purling a triangle. Then, using that same brush, I filled in the triangle with the SH Mint Sorbet.

OPI DUPE ALERT!!!
This new manicure is gorgeous in my opinion!! It is Sally Hansen XTreme Wear in Pacific Blue with Sinful Color Hottie on top. Hottie is a dupe for OPI Last Friday Night from the Katy Perry Collection. I really love this pairing, so it definitely will be recreated in the future!!
Eggshell Polish Maybe!?
I hope this post will turn out okay because this is my first mobile blog post!! But anyways, this polish is Revlon's Girly. For this manicure, I have it layered over Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails XTreme Wear in White On. Girly is jam packed with indigo, peach, coral, magenta, lilac, and iridescent hexagon glitters, varying in size. The new trend this spring is eggshell polishes, or polishes that look like speckled eggs. I know this is borderline eggshell effect, but there are many many more brands carrying these eggshell polishes.
